Why isn't FieldClock syncing / data not showing up?

How FieldClock Works

FieldClock is able to run on your iPhone (Android in Beta) while your cellular service is not available or has poor connection. If you have workers that operate out of WiFi range or in poor cellular areas, please allow FieldClock time for data to sync to our server.

Recording Piecework Data

If your Ticketers hear a 'beep' while scanning buckets, pieces, etc... you can be sure that the data was recorded directly to the phone - even if they're out of cellular range. If it appears to not be available or not showing, the phone just needs to sync. You can do this by getting to an area with better cellular reception or connecting to WiFi and 'forcing a sync', which can be done at the bottom of the main menu.
